Step 1 - Call & Schedule
Call the school and schedule an interview with the headmaster.

Step 2 - Submit Application
Submit a completed application with a non-refundable application fee of $40.00.

Step 3 - Student Records
Send a copy of the student’s academic records, previous standardized test scores to Regina Angelorum Academy. Further testing may be required.

Step 4 - Schedule a Shadow Day
Schedule a shadow day in which the applicant will attend classes for a day of school at Regina Angelorum Academy.

Step 5 - Application Status
After the admission committee meets, the applicant’s admission status will be mailed to the parents.

Step 6 - Paperwork & Registration Fee
Parents should complete the paperwork mailed in the admission acceptance and submit A NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE to hold a place in the upcoming class.
APPLICATION
PROCESS
Prospective students and their families are encouraged to meet with designated members of the Admissions Committee before or during the formal application process to the Academy. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

If no space is available for a qualified student, the child
shall be placed in our waiting pool until a space opens.
Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1.
Pre-Kindergarten applicants must be 3 years old by
June 1 of the same year that school begins.
Regardless of age, maturity may also be a
consideration for admission.
TUITION
& FEES
Consistent with Catholic values, we make every effort to minimize tuition and fees while providing an environment of academic excellence and spiritual growth.

FULL-DAY TUITION
KINDERGARTEN - GRADE 8
First Child: $8,700
Second Child: $7,700
Third Child: $6,700 per child

HALF-DAY TUITION
Kindergarten: 5 half days: $6,100
Pre-K 4: 5 half days: $6,100
Pre-K 3: 3 half days: $3,100

ADMISSION APPLICATION FEE
New students only: $40
This fee is payable in full directly to the school at the time of application for each child. It helps to defray the costs of administration relating to admission.

BOOKS AND SUPPLIES FEE
$200 per student

REGISTRATION FEE
New students only: $870
This fee holds a place for your child. It is due upon acceptance of the child and will be deducted from the tuition balance due. The registration fee is tuition.
Tuition monies and fees are non-refundable.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
HES is a company the manages a payment plan for parents. A payment plan is administered through Higher Education Services (HES), Inc. and allows for monthly payments [July 1 – April 1]. Details are included in the materials provided by HES, Inc. There is a small fee of $60 for choosing the payment plan. Parents apply for financial aid through FACTS.
